
In the early hours of this morning the final shortist for the
National Television Awards 2013 was announced, and Sherlock has
picked up two nominations, formed from the longlist voting that
took place in September 2012.
Sherlock is nominated for Best Drama, alongside Doctor Who,
Downton Abbey and Merlin, while Benedict Cumberbatch has picked up
a best Drama Performance (Male) nomination opposite Daniel Mays
(Mrs Biggs), Colin Morgan (Merlin) and Matt Smith (Doctor Who).
The National Television Awards are completely voted for by the
public, so if you'd like to see Sherlock and Benedict pick up these
awards, make sure to head to the NTA
website to cast your vote. You can vote once per email
address.
Voting for the National Television Awards closes at 12:00GMT on
January 23rd 2013.
