SUBMIT YOUR QUESTIONS FOR LOUISE BREALEY AND EMMETT J. SCANLAN AT SCREAM CON 2014! * 20 October 2014

 Louise -brealey -screamcon

The lovely folks at Scream Con have offered Sherlock fans the unique opportunity to submit any burning - or maybe just slightly scorched - questions to attending guest, not to mention Sherlock's very own Molly Hooper; Louise Brealey.

With the exception of Sherlock Holmes and John Watson, Molly has appeared in more episodes of Sherlock than any other character in the series. Not bad considering she is one of the only regulars who did not originate from Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes canon and a testament to Louise Brealey's sheer screen appeal - and hey, she finally even got a snog off Sherlock in the third series (even if it was only in Anderson's imagination!)

For fans of Sherlock, Louise hardly needs any introduction from us, but between series she has starred in films such as the romantic comedy Delicious, appeared in numerous stage productions such as The Trojan Women, written her first stage play Pope Joan, and will soon be seen on the small screen again in series 3 of the Victorian crime dramaRipper Street - which premieres Friday, 14th November on Amazon Prime.

Emmett -scanlan -screamcon

And as we know many of you are fans of the brilliant BBC Three zombie drama In The Flesh too, Scream Con have also invited you to submit questions for another of their special guests, Emmett J. Scanlan - otherwise known as Undead Liberation Army activist, Simon Monroe in series 2.

Emmett's other work includes Marvel's record-breaking movie Guardian's of the Galaxyand Irish Cinema productions such as Charlie Casanova. In addition to In The Flesh's huge fan following, he is probably best known for Hollyoaks' most famous villain, Brendan Brady - a charismatic sociopath we know we shouldn't have loved, but just couldn't help ourselves!

He is soon to be seen again in the second series of BBC Two's serial killer drama The Fall, as well as his forthcoming role as detective Jim Corrigan (AKA The Spectre) in the supernatural DC Comic series Constantine, premiering in the USA on NBC on Friday, 24th October.(And as a side note, if Jim Moriarty's canonical brother ever makes an appearance inSherlock, we at Sherlockology can't think of anyone better to play him - if Emmett has any time left after all the above, that is!)

GOT A QUESTION FOR LOUISE AND/OR EMMETT?

If yes, you can either submit your questions by tweeting them to @twogeekyguys or alternatively leave them in the comment area below, and the best will be put to Louise and Emmett during their Q&A's on the day.

For those who can't make the event in person, the Q&A's will be recorded and published online after the event, so those who have submitted a chosen question, will still have an opportunity to see their questions answered.

Among other guests, Louise Brealey and Emmett Scanlan will be available all day for autographs (and a sneaky selfie) for a small price, with the individual Q&A's with each guest taking place in the middle of the day.

Sherlockology will also be attending, so look for us wandering around wearing our Sherlockology tees and come and say hello if you spot us, we'd love to see you there!

Scream Con 2014 will be held at The Park Hotel, Tynemouth on Saturday 1st November, opening at 10am and finishing at approximately 4pm, with an after convention party taking place during the evening.
