The firearm that Jim Moriarty shockingly uses in The Reichenbach Fall is a Beretta 92FS, the same gun owned by Henry Knight in The Hounds of Baskerville.

Beretta is an Italian handgun company, and the oldest active firearms manufacturer in the world. The model 92 handgun was first introduced in 1975, with multiple variants since released. The 92FS Inox is distinctive due to its chromed finish.

As with all handguns seen onscreen in Sherlock, private ownership is strictly prohibited in the United Kingdom under the Firearms (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1997.
